SUSAN UECKER, PRESIDENT

Susan L. Uecker, President of Uecker & Associates, Inc., is an expert in Receivership, Trusteeship, Chapter 11 Plan Administration, and Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors, specializing in business operations, real estate management, and asset sales.

In her roles as Receiver, Chapter 11 Plan Administrator, and Assignee, Ms. Uecker leverages deep knowledge of complex business operations, including accounting, inventory control, taxation, reporting, and legal compliance. She has managed a wide range of commercial and residential properties, from high-rise office buildings and industrial parks to retail centers and multi-million-dollar real estate transactions.

Ms. Uecker employs Uecker & Associates, Inc. to manage property operations, act as leasing agent, and provide consulting services to banks, insurance companies, government agencies like RTC, FDIC, and Fannie Mae, as well as creditor committees. The firm specializes in distressed businesses and real estate, offering expertise in asset liquidation, financial analysis, sale negotiations, loan restructuring, and construction management.

Ms. Uecker holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Montana, has studied Bankruptcy Law at the University of San Francisco, and earned her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in 1985. She is also a licensed real estate broker and has completed professional mediation training.

She currently serves on the boards of several organizations, including the Bay Area Bankruptcy Forum (Past President), California Receivers Forum (Past President and Founding Member), California Board of Legal Specialization (Bankruptcy Law Advisory Commission, 2014-2017), and Julia Morgan School for Girls Board of Trustees (Co-Chair of Development Committee, past President of Parent’s Association).
